Anxiety
Explore patterns of worry, fear, overthinking or avoidance and develop a steadier way of responding to difficult thoughts and situations.
Neeta offers a calm, confidential space to understand what you are experiencing and find a way forward that feels manageable.
Anxiety, stress and low mood can affect thoughts, emotions, sleep, concentration, relationships and everyday routines. Sometimes there is a clear cause. At other times, the feelings build gradually or seem to appear without one obvious reason.
You do not need a diagnosis or the “right” words before contacting Neeta. The first step is simply to talk about what has been happening and what you would like to feel different.
These experiences often overlap. Therapy can create space to explore them without judgement and agree a useful focus together.
